When selecting a ceiling color, take a cue from your favorite textiles and decorative accessories. By repeating a color throughout a space, you’ll create visual rhythm and your eye will move through the room, taking it all in. A blue to try: Waterfall 2050-50, Benjamin Moore.

  1. We have a small cabin done in pine board from top to bottom. Over the years we notice it is starting to darken and are thinking about painting just the ceilings in a white paint to brighten up everything.. We’re thinking of Cloud White but are not sure which finish to use. The ceiling boards and rafters are a rough surface, that had been stained(1coat) in a water based cedar colored stain many years ago, so also not sure if we need a separate sealer, as I notice most of your paints are a sealer/ paint combination. Can you make any suggestions as to color, finish and type that might look good
    Thank you so much
