The brass island adds an elegant, vintage-inspired feel to this Kelly Wearstler-designed kitchen.
The walls are painted in a beige color and the ceiling painted in an off white provides a bit of relief from all the decadence. Loving the way the dark floors continue through the open door into a dark space that plays with light and shadows, creates an element of mystery and intrigue to the space. The style and color of this kitchen space creates a sense of old world charm, one half expects Indiana Jones to come running in to claim the treasure that is that brass kitchen island!
